1. On-Device Processing Commitment

DZ MATRIX develops ClearTone with a privacy-first, on-device audio architecture. All speech enhancement and noise suppression neural networks execute directly on the user's device. Zero ambient audio or conversational recordings are ever stored or transmitted to external servers.

2. Data Collection and Usage

We do not collect personal health metrics, voice data, or private conversations. Anonymous telemetry (crash logs, device performance) is collected strictly for stability and latency benchmarking in compliance with Singapore PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) and GDPR standards.
