1. ZERO LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION (免责与赔偿豁免条款)

By using Elite Downloader, you expressly agree that the author(s), publisher(s), and associated entities SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, FINES, LAWSUITS, OR FINANCIAL LOSSES resulting from your use of this software. You download and use this software strictly at your own legal and financial risk.

使用 Elite Downloader 即代表您明确同意，针对您使用本软件而引发的任何索赔、罚款、法律诉讼或经济损失，软件作者和发布者 不承担任何直接或间接的法律与经济赔偿责任。一切行为后果及财务损失由您自行全部承担。

2. STRICTLY FAIR USE (严格遵守合理使用原则)

This software is provided exclusively for creating personal, offline backups of content you already have lawful access to. You are strictly prohibited from using this software to infringe on copyrighted material, distribute ripped content, or violate the Terms of Service of any third-party platform (such as YouTube, TikTok, Netflix, etc.).

本软件仅供用户为个人合法访问的内容建立“离线备用档案”使用。严禁使用本软件下载侵权物、公开发布盗版内容，或恶意违反任何第三方流媒体平台的用户服务协议。

3. NO REFUND POLICY (数字资产无退款政策)

Because Digital License Keys (PRO version) grant immediate, irrevocable access to the offline payload engine, all sales are absolutely final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to: API disruptions, changes in third-party platform algorithms, or user inability to operate the software.

鉴于数字授权密匙的特殊性（发放后即不可逆地解锁底层离线引擎），所有交易一旦达成即最终确定，绝不可撤销。无论发生任何情况（包括第三方API变更、算法封锁或用户自身电脑问题），我们不以任何理由提供退款。

4. THIRD-PARTY DEPENDENCIES & OUTAGES (第三方不可抗力)

The software engine interacts with third-party networks over which we have no control. If any platform changes its architecture rendering the downloader temporarily or permanently non-functional, we are completely exempt from liability to provide a fix or reimbursement.

本软件引擎依赖于不受我们控制的外部网络生态。如果由于平台方修改算法、更换底层架构导致本软件部分或彻底永久失效，我们不承担任何必须修复或退款的法律义务。
